• If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of your order date, you may request store credit for the full value of your order, or for the value of a specific item if your order included multiple items and you are only dissatisfied with one.

• Store credit may be used on any future purchase at The Eternal Collection, LLC and does not expire.

• To request store credit, you must contact our customer support within 30 days of your original purchase, providing your order details and reason for dissatisfaction.

• This Satisfaction Guarantee is limited to three (3) full order store credit requests per customer per calendar year. After the third instance, if you request a satisfaction guarantee for additional purchases within the same year, you will instead be eligible for a limited discount code to use on your next purchase. This discount code may be combined with other discounts, if applicable.

• The Eternal Collection, LLC reserves the right to deny requests that are deemed to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of the spirit of this Satisfaction Guarantee.
