5. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing, downloading, or using our digital products, you agree not to hold The Eternal Collection, LLC, its owners, officers, agents, affiliates, or employees liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or claims—whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary—arising from or related to your use or misuse of our ebooks or guides, now or in the future.

This limitation applies to all claims, including but not limited to negligence, breach of contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Eternal Collection, LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

This indemnity extends to any litigation or claims resulting from your use of the ebooks, regardless of outcome, unless this agreement to indemnify is prohibited by law in your jurisdiction.

7. Refund Policy & 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and the risk of unauthorized sharing or use, The Eternal Collection, LLC does not offer refunds or exchanges for any purchases.

However, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your experience. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of your order date, you may request store credit for the full value of your order, or for the value of a specific item if your order included multiple items and you are only dissatisfied with one.
Store credit may be used on any future purchase at The Eternal Collection, LLC and does not expire.
To request store credit, you must contact our customer support within 30 days of your original purchase, providing your order details and reason for dissatisfaction.
This Satisfaction Guarantee is limited to three (3) full order store credit requests per customer per calendar year. After the third instance, if you request a satisfaction guarantee for additional purchases within the same year, you will instead be eligible for a limited discount code to use on your next purchase. This discount code may be combined with other discounts, if applicable.
The Eternal Collection, LLC reserves the right to deny requests that are deemed to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of the spirit of this Satisfaction Guarantee.

8. User Rights

When you purchase our ebooks or guides, you are granted the following rights:

You may use them for your own personal and educational purposes;
You may not resell, redistribute, or republish them unless you have explicit written permission or your license specifically says you can;
You may not upload or share them on the internet, forums, file-sharing platforms, or social media.

9. Fraudulent Chargebacks and Order Disputes

The Eternal Collection, LLC takes chargeback fraud very seriously.

If you intentionally submit a false claim or dispute a legitimate charge (“chargeback fraud”) in an attempt to obtain our products without payment:

Your IP address and order details are securely logged at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to provide all relevant information—including your IP address, transaction data, and communications—to law enforcement authorities for investigation and prosecution.
Engaging in chargeback fraud is a criminal offense and may result in civil or criminal penalties.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

15. Mandatory Arbitration for Disputes

Before pursuing any formal dispute resolution, you agree to first contact The Eternal Collection, LLC Support Team and make a good faith effort to resolve your concern within 30 days of the issue arising. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably by reaching out to us at Support@TheEternalCollection.com.

If we are unable to resolve the dispute together within 30 days, you agree that any claim, controversy, or dispute arising out of or relating to your use of our products or these Terms will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration.

What is Arbitration?

Arbitration is a private, less formal process in which an independent third-party (the arbitrator) hears both sides and makes a binding decision. Unlike a lawsuit, arbitration is typically faster, less expensive, and conducted outside of court. You and The Eternal Collection, LLC both waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

Arbitration Venue:

All arbitration proceedings will be conducted in the State of California, United States. Both parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the arbitration venue in California for any disputes.

You acknowledge and agree that by accepting these Terms, you and The Eternal Collection, LLC are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action regarding any dispute or claim related to these Terms or your use of our products.
